Backing up regularly can be as easy as opening your mail. Just sign up, and we'll send you your first backup package within a few days. When you receive it, just open the package and plug the USB media into your computer (or computers). Copy your files to back them up, and when you're ready just drop it back in the pre-paid return mailer. It's that easy!

When we receive your data, we'll copy it securely to one of our servers in, at your option, Nevada or Virginia. We'll also keep a local copy backed up for you. A month after we first sent your backup media by mail, we'll do it again, and you'll have another backup safely stored where local disasters and accidents can't erase it.

If you need your data, just call or email us and we'll send the monthly backup you specify back to you in the same way, or if you prefer, we can charge a small fee to courier or personally deliver your backed up data to you. Sending your data back to you is free to you up to four times a year with a continuing subscription.
